Placed order for keyboard and mouse on Wednesday evening, received advice on Thursday that mouse was not available with an aplogy and an offer of a better mouse at same price (good customer service. Accepted offer Thursday evening, and received email advising doods depatched on Friday.
Goods arrived on Gold Coast Monday morning.
Good service all round from both Wireless 1 and Australia Post especially in the week before Christmas.

I recently ordered a Navman S200 from this website and was treated with the highest quality of customer service. I was sent a tracking number the day that payment was received (the morning after payment). The aus. post website showed me that Wireless delivered the GPS to the post office on the same day as payment was received. On the second business day after payment, my order was delivered to my home. Perfect for online orders! Thank you Wireless 1!
