For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, Visa, BPay and Paypal payments.
These are processed through our Secure Comodo encrypted checkout. Please note that all payments made through MasterCard or Visa are done so through the MasterCard
Secure code and Verified
by Visa security programs and will ask you for a verification password when completing the transaction.
In some instances, your credit card payment may be declined by your bank if you do not enter this password. You can obtain the password for your credit card from your card issuer by contacting them directly. This is one extra step that has been introduced to make purchasing online safer for you.

by Visa which MasterCard and Visa have introduced to make purchasing
products online, safer and secure for both the purchaser and the merchant.
These passwords act in the same way as they do for an ATM or handy card.
They verify that the card belongs to you, and that you are making the
purchase. These are important steps in ensuring that your credit card
is not used for any unauthorised transactions.

You may still be able to purchase from us should you not be enrolled in either of these programs,
however we may call you to confirm your order and ask for further information such as:
- Photocopy of Drivers Licence
- Photocopy of Credit Card front and back
OR
- Photocopy of latest bill showing billing address
- Photocopy Credit Card front and back
- Photocopy of photo identification (if no drivers licence available)

To keep our site safe and secure for our shoppers we may log and record your IP address. This is to ensure that orders made through our site are legitimate and not fraudulent. This information may be passed over the the appropriate authorities should we suspect a fraudulent transaction or order. No personal details will be stored or logged.
Please note that delivery times may be delayed for orders that require reference checking. MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa orders will be dispatched generally faster than unverified orders. Another great reason to sign up to either of the two programs!

Yes you can. We also accept BPay and Paypal, so you can pay using your
bank account.

BPay enables you to pay for bills or accounts using your bank accounts
or credit card. You pay directly through your financial institute using
the invoice received from us. All you need to do is select BPay as your
payment method, and you will receive your invoice with the Biller Code
and Customer Reference Number for you to proceed with payment.
Please note, if we do not receive your BPay payment for an order within 7 working days of it being placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Paypal is a third party payment system which allows you to pay for
your items using Credit Card or your Bank accounts without sharing any
of your financial information. To find out more about Paypal, please
visit the Paypal website.

Unfortunately once your payment has been submitted, we are unable to
change the payment method.

Once you have made payment, please allow 24-48 hours for us to confirm
the payment. We do not process payments on weekends or public holidays. Your item will generally be despatched within 1-2 working
days of receiving payment.

Once your payment has been received, prior to your order
being sent and subject to approval, you may cancel all or part of your order. In the event this is approved
you may be charged a restocking fee of up to 5% or $5.00 of the items cancelled whichever is higher.
