Asus Laptops - 6 New Series to choose from!

Here are some brief highlights of each series.

1. The Asus "K" Series

This series of notebooks is the mainstream value for money series. For the first time Asus has reduced their famous 2 yr global warranty on all their notebooks to only 1 yr global warranty on the k series. The other series retain the 2 Yr Warranty. There are upgrade warranty options starting from $69.

2. The Asus "N" Series

This series of Laptop is designed for people with a liking to entertainment. They are higher spec’d, with 1GB dedicated graphics and all have blueray players which can be connect to the home LCD via HDMI. This series also carries a “ZBD”, a Zero Bright Dot pixel guarantee. This means that if the screen has a dead pixel, Asus will replace the unit. Normally, a screen with less than 3 dead pixels is considered not faulty.

3. The Asus "U" Series

These laptops are designed for the laptop user on the go. They are smaller and lightweight. The Main processors are designed with low power consumption in mind. Some of these models last up to 8 hours.

4. The Asus "PL" Series

This series is similar to the U series, however this range uses the new low power consumption i5 chipsets, which means more processing power and even better battery life. This is designed for the professional in mind.

5. The Asus "G" Series

These are powerhouse machines normally with the best of the best features. These computers are designed to handle applications with high level graphics such as games. It is also good for people who use programs such as photoshop or just need to power to handle all their busy computer applications.

6. The New Asus "NX" Series

This is a very special new series of notebook. It is a luxurious range of notebooks aimed at addressing the issue of low quality sound you normally get from standard notebook speakers. Asus teams up with one of the leaders in acoustics, Bang and Olufsen to produce unrivaled sound quality without external speakers. This prestigious partnership has carried over into the design and quality of the notebook as you can see from the gorgeous images.
