Review of the HP Mini 5102 Netbook.
Have you been searching for a professional netbook on the go with optional extras and a creative design? Then the HP Mini 5102 is the one for you. Having its RRP at $599 it brings higher build quality and fast 7200 rpm hard drive as standard.
Aimed at business professionals, the HP Mini 5102 features the new Intel Pinetrail components and Atom N450 processor. The new standard for netbooks are now an Intel single-core 1.66GHz Atom N450 CPU with the usual set of specifications which includes 802.11n, Bluetooth, gigabit Ethernet and three USB ports. The HP netbook has a variety of optional upgrades available such as the optional touchscreen and Broadcom Crystal HD video card that adds HD decoding playback.

As an update of the Mini 5101, the HP Mini 5102 is approximately an inch thicker and with its nearly full-size keyboard, it is now quicker to send emails or edit documents.
Compared to glossy screens we usually see on netbooks, the HP Mini 5102 has a matte screen surface to prevent glare and reflection under bright indoor and outdoor lights
This netbook also comes with an option of touchscreen configuration. To be sure of, there are no deficiency in the multitouch if you opt to go with the touchscreen configuration. With light taps to open folders and programs, having the smooth scrolling by the usual of dragging two fingers up and down the screen and pinching to zoom, you'll begin to love this HP Mini 5102.
The only concepts which the touchscreen does not include are having a screen keyboard or handwriting recognition tool.
