Purchasing from our web site means you have agreed to the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not wish to accept the terms and conditions,
please do not purchase from this site.
Delivery to most parts of Australia is estimated to be 7 working days,
in most cases sooner than this. Wireless 1 Online will endeavour to solve
any delivery issues that may arise as soon as we are made aware of the
Investigations into lost or damaged parcels in transit can take up to 3 weeks to complete. You will be informed every step of the way. Items without insurance will not be covered in the event of loss or damage in transit.
Wireless 1 Online is not responsible for estimated delivery times and will not be held liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise due to delivery issues.
Payments are processed on business days (Monday-Friday). Payments
are not processed on weekends or public holidays. Payments made after
11:30am, may be processed during the next business day. We will endeavour to dispatch your
item within 24-48 hours of receiving payment, however in some instances
this may not be possible, and in which case you will be notified.
We accept BPay, Paypal, Mastercard and Visa. Please note, if we do not receive your payment for an order within 7 working days of it being placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
If you are paying by Paypal, please make sure your Paypal delivery address has been entered in your Paypal profile and that it matches where you wish the parcel to be sent, before selecting Paypal as a payment method this is so paypal will have the correct address for this order. Orders that have Paypal addresses that do not match orders may be refunded rather than delivered.
We do not charge a Surcharge for payments made using Visa or Mastercard.
Canceling all or part of your order
Once your payment has been received, prior to your order
being sent and subject to approval, you may cancel all or part of your order. In the event this is approved
you may be charged a restocking fee of up to 5% or $5.00 of the items cancelled whichever is higher. For all toner orders, this is a 25% charge.
Important Credit Card and Paypal Information
At Wireless 1 we take fraud seriously, and as such, we take all necessary
steps to ensure your purchase is secure. For larger orders we may request
- A faxed or email copy of your Drivers Licence and Credit card to ensure
you are the credit card holder. The address on the drivers licence must match the delivery address.
- Future orders after the first verification may be subject to random checks
- All orders will be subject to name and address verification before being processed.
- Any suspected fraudulent activity will be reported to the police.
Correctness of Information and Stock Quantities
We take pride in providing you with correct and current information regarding our products, however from time to time the information may contain typographical
errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions
and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
Item pictures are for demonstration only. Some of item pictures may not be the same colour or model described in the listings. Please contact us for full details of the item.
Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to
product description, pricing and availability. We also reserve the right
to limit quantities (including after you have submitted your order). We
will endeavour to resolve any issues with correctness or stock quantities
to the best of our ability, however if this can not be done, we will refund
the order for you.
We strive to have competitive prices, so should you find a product at
a lower price elsewhere, we will match or beat that price. To take advantage
of this guarantee, all we require is the proof of the price from our competitor
(online site or promotion) and they must be an Australian Registered Company
with an ABN.
Unfortunately we can not offer the price if it falls below our cost price. If we did this, then we wouldn't be in business bringing you fantastic deals!
Online prices are exclusive to our online store. These prices may not be available through our retail stores. Please contact the relevant store for in store pricing.
Wireless 1 Online has the right to refuse any Price Guarantee on any
product at their discretion.
Warranty and Returns

Any item outside DOA and ELF warranty can be sent directly to the manufacturer. Manufacturer details and return instructions can be found in the warranty pages.
Wireless 1 Online can return items to manufacturers on your behalf under the warranty period. Please note that we do not guarantee time frames on any warranty items as this is at the sole discretion of the manufacturers. Customers must pay for postage to Wireless 1 Online should they request us to organise the warranty on their behalf.
A refund can only be credited if an item is deemed as faulty by the manufacturer. Refunds will generally be credited within 3-5 working days.
Refunds can not be issued for change of mind. Please choose carefully as refunds are not applicable to incompatibility or incorrect choice. We can exchange an item in this case, however it must be in original packaging in a sellable condition. Wireless 1 Online reserves the right not to exchange or refund an item if it is not in original packaging or in sellable condition.
Faulty goods are subject to manufacturer warranty terms and conditions. If you return an item and it is non-faulty a $55 (Inc GST) fee will apply.
Non-faulty goods may not be subject to refund or exchange.
Any item which is returned to us that meets DOA requirements, (faulty or damaged) the postage is covered by the buyer and is not refundable.
We will not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise.
Our maximum aggregate liability for any Product supplied to you whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise shall in no circumstances exceed the amount payable by you to us in respect of the Product(s) in question.
